The problem

When information is scattered, your team ends up being the search engine

Your team knows the property, but they should not have to repeat the same information or guide every single query. When content is spread across different places, it is also harder to show everything the property and its surroundings have to offer.

The same questions, every day

Spa opening hours, how to get to the slopes, where the restaurant is or what the stay includes. Your team answers the same questions again and again, even though the information could be available when each guest needs it.

Information lives in too many places

Website, leaflets, folders, messages and internal documents. When every detail lives somewhere different, it is harder for your team to find, update and share one consistent version.

What you offer is not always easy to find

Property services, routes, restaurants, historic places, nature, activities and local events. If this information does not appear at the right moment, visitors may miss options that are part of their stay.

How we solve it

We centralise, connect and adapt the experience

Your team stays in control of its own content. Montpackers provides the platform, loads the destination catalogue, connects available sources and adapts the experience to each property or organisation.

Automatic translations

Generate Spanish, Catalan, English and French versions, then review them before publishing.

Property management

Adapt your brand, content, channels, priorities and permissions for each location.

Analytics

See what people visit, in which language, from which channel and at what times.

For hotel groups

One hotel group, several properties, one platform

Manage properties across different brands from one environment, sharing catalogues and integrations without mixing each location's own content.

Each property in its own brand

Colours, typeface and logo per property. Nobody would guess there's a shared platform behind it, because for the guest there isn't.

One panel for all of them

Log in once and switch property from the same place, with the permissions each person on your team needs.

The destination is shared, your content isn't

Share routes, points of interest and connected sources, while each property keeps its own services, opening hours and content.

Grouped financial management

Charges across your properties can be grouped by payer within the hotel group.

Data

Measure what works across every channel

See which content people visit, in which language, from which channel and at what times. Use those signals to decide what to highlight in each property.

How it works

From setup to a published experience

We start with your property's identity and needs. We configure the experience, add the connected catalogue and prepare your team to manage it from the admin.

01

We configure your property

We define your brand, channels, languages and the property's own information that you want to make available to guests.

02

We load and connect the content

We add available routes, points of interest and calendar sources. Your team reviews and adapts what it wants to show.

03

You publish and keep managing it

Review the preview, publish when it is ready and update your content from the admin.

Questions

What people ask before signing

What does the fee include?

The fee depends on the plan you choose. It includes the kiosk, licence, web portal, integration into your website, connected catalogue, available languages, hosting, technical maintenance and the support defined for that plan. Additional services are detailed in the proposal.

Who manages the content?

Your team manages the property's own content: services, opening hours, house rules, calendar and pages. Montpackers loads routes and points of interest, connects available sources and organises the destination catalogue. You decide what to show before publishing.

How do we update the experience?

You can edit content from the admin, review the preview and publish when it is ready. Some connected sources sync automatically; others need review or updating according to the available integration.

Can it be integrated into our website?

Yes. The experience can be published on the Montpackers web portal and integrated into the property's website. The content adapts to each property's channel and brand.

Can we include bookings and activities?

Activities and experiences can include a booking link from you or the provider. For now, when a guest wants to book, we direct them to the URL provided by the property. We are working on integrating booking systems directly into Montpackers.

What if we have several properties?

Each property keeps its own brand, services, opening hours and content. The organisation or hotel group can manage them from one environment, share routes and points of interest and assign permissions to each team.

Let's talk

We'll show you how it would look in your property

Tell us which property or group you manage. We can prepare a demo using your property's real information, photos and videos, so you can see how it would look in the platform with an initial setup.

If it is easier, we can go through it on a short call.

We use your details only to reply to your request. See our privacy policy.
