Is the 55-inch kiosk included in the monthly fee?+

Yes. The hardware and stand are included in the monthly license. There is no upfront purchase or initial deposit.

Do I need technical skills to manage the content?+

No. The CMS is designed so any hotel team member can update schedules, services, promotions, and content from any internet-connected device.

How long does installation and launch take?+

Physical installation takes less than two hours and the tailored configuration is typically ready the same day.

Can it be integrated into the hotel website?+

Yes. In addition to the physical kiosk, the platform includes a full web portal that can be embedded through an iframe or code snippet.

Does it work if the internet connection drops?+

The system keeps core content cached locally, so it remains useful during short outages. We still recommend a stable connection for real-time updates.

What happens after the 24-month commitment ends?+

After the initial term, the contract moves to monthly renewal. If you choose not to continue, we handle kiosk pickup at no extra cost.
